Afridi says teams do not take lightly Pakistan

Pakistan cricket captain Shahid Afridi today issued a warning to other World Cup teams, saying that nobody should underestimate his side as his players were "focused and united" under his leadership. "They are hungry to win a big event and want to play good cricket," said Afridi here.
Stating that a successful visit to New Zealand has strengthened the moral aspect, Afridi said that Pakistan had left behind the creation of the scandal and are now eager to rebuild.
"I think we're really in a very difficult situation. But I'm very happy because we are trying to rebuild the team and keep morale high," said Afridi, assuming that the Pakistan team has been hard hit by the scandal of the binding site.
"I'm sure the team is in very good shape now. We all know the importance of the World Cup is for us and for our country. The message to other teams is that no one should en-esteem."
Confidence to do well in the mega-event, Afridi said his team was a good mix of youth and experience.
"We have a large group of young and experienced players. It's good to see Kamran Akmal in the team again. Misbah-ul Haq is in good shape and Younis Khan also bat well.
